- Lesser Enlightenment Kan and Li
The practices of Lesser Enlightenment Kan and Li are the beginning of spiritual practices.
The balanced flow of sexual energy through the entire body and brain begins with the practice of Kan and Li. The secret of this formula is that the normal state of forces Yin and Yang change to the opposite, in order to free sexual energy. With this change the heat of bodily fire is placed below the cool water of the body. Until such a permutation occurs, the fire rises up and goes out of the body. And water (sexual fluid) has the ability to flow down and outside. When the water dries, it is the end. To adjust the normal process of energy consumption, the water is placed in a closed vessel (caldron) in the body and further below, under this vessel, a fire is installed. If water (sexual energy) is not in the caldron, then it sheds directly into the fire and extinguishes it.
This process of evaporation of water can last for long periods of time. A prerequisite for this process is: never let the fire rise, if above there is no water that needs to be heated and never let the water spill into the fire. In this case, a preheated moist steam is formed which contains a huge amount of energy. This energy can be used to improve health to re-fill all glands, nervous and lymphatic systems. The opening of the Twelve Channels allows you to fill the internal organs with energy. This formula literally consists in the evaporation of sexual energy (Ching or creative) into the life force energy (Chi), in order to feed the energy body (the body of the Soul).
The workshop is designed for 12 hours (two days) and is in the form of lecture, meditation and answers of the questions.
