- Tao Yin (Tao Yoga)
It is nice activation of tendons during meditation on mat provides a balanced free flow of the life force energy to 12 meridians of the body. Tao Yin (Tao Yoga) makes it possible to feel energetically, to strengthen health, to put in order the spine and correct the bearing. A soft smooth movement combined with breathing allows the tendon to grow and at the same time softly remove barriers on the path of energy. The practice of Tao Yin is a deep feeling of internal joy and harmonious movements. In addition these are exercises which are oriented to restore health and to achieve longevity. When performing exercises attention is directed not to show of external movements or postures, but is directed inside the body and this is a unique feature of Tao Yin. At first glance exercises are simple enough, but their implementation requires proper insistent repetitions during regular practices.
Tao Yin exercises have names of animals or birds, or anything else, and the settling into this image helps to understand the performance of its proper implementation, to feel the change of the energy state of the body during relaxation and rest in the pause between the repeating of exercise.
The workshop is designed for 6 hours (one day) and is in the form of exercise, lecture, meditation and answers of the questions.
